Honeycomb Peanut Butter Chocolates


Hands up if you love Crunchie chocolate bars? Better still, put both hands up if you love the Crunchie bites you can now get in supermarkets 😉

Well how about making your own with only basic ingredients and a fraction of the calories too?

These chocolates have a Fudgy Crunchie Peanut Butter centre all thanks to the Honeycomb Peanut Butter from Go Nutrition

They make the perfect Valentines treat if you’re looking to impress someone, or just make something for yourself 😉

Ingredients (makes 15): 

30g Coconut Oil (I use The Good Stuff Organic)

10g Cacao Butter

30g Cocoa powder (I use The Good Stuff Organic)

10g Sweetener (I used Sukrin)

10g Honey

75g Honeycomb Peanut Butter (Available at Go Nutrition)

-Pimch of Himalayan pink salt


1.Melt the coconut oil with the cacao butter, then stir through the cacao powder, pinch of salt and sweetener – add more sweetener to taste depending how rich you like your chocolate

2.Mix the Peanut Butter and honey vigorously then pop to the side. Layer a silicone mould with 1/3 of the chocolate mix, add a teaspoon of the Honeycomb Filling in each one, then cover with the rest of the chocolate

3.Pop either in the fridge for 3 hours or the freezer for an hour if you’re feeling impatient (like I always am!)


Remove and enjoy!!!
