Amaretto Jelly Truffles
Deliciously indulgent Dark Chocolate Truffles with an Amaretto Jelly centre ❤

If you fancy making something that’s both a little naughty but nice this Valentines, I have just the recipe for you..
Why not impress a loved one by giving these a go or make them to enjoy for yourself? 😉 You may find that they’re too delicious to give away…
Ingredients (makes 15):
–3 TBS Reduced sugar Strawberry Jam
–1 TBS Truvia
–2 TBS Amaretto Liquor (I used Disaronno)
–30g Coconut Oil (I use The Good Stuff Organic)
–10g Cacao Butter
–30g Cacoa powder (I use The Good Stuff Organic)
1.Combine the jam, truvia and liquor then simmer on a low heat for 5-10 minutes till you get a thick jelly like consistency.
2.Melt together the cacao butter and coconut oil then stir through the cacao powder. Fill the silicone chocolate moulds by 2/3 with the chocolate then drop a teaspoon of the jelly liquor in each.
3.Pop in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours
Once set, why not pop these into a little box with some ribbon to add a special homemade touch before passing on to a loved one?
Be sure to keep these cool as they melt if left out or near heat.
