Chocotella Caramel Cheesecakes

Would you believe they’re entirely sugar free, vegan and actually really easy to make?
Well you better believe it, let’s get straight into the recipe..
Ingredients (makes 4):
120g Walden Farms Strawberry jelly
2 TBS Salted Caramel TRKG Syrup
200g Finely ground cashews
1 scoop Vivo Life Salted Caramel Maca Powder
40g Coconut oil (I use The Good Stuff Organic)
20g cacao powder (I use The Good Stuff Organic)
1.Blend the cashews till they resemble a flour then add the vivolife perform protein. Melt the coconut oil then add to mixture followed by the salted caramel syrup. Divide between 4 silicone moulds and press down firmly before popping into the freezer to set for 20 minutes.
2.After the base has hardened, divide the Jelly between the moulds then cover each cheesecake with a large dollop of Chocotella (50g each)
3.Place in the fridge to set and make an optional chocolate drizzle by combining melted coconut oil with the cacao powder and salted caramel syrup
