Coconut Almond Crispies (Vegan)

I don’t know about you but sometimes, I just want to throw a bunch of ingredients into a bowl with miminal effort and create a delicious treat 😉

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love spending a long time cooking and making desserts but there are occasions when I’m rushed for time and these are perfect for those times!

How I hear you ask?

Because they are no bake, require 5 minutes total prep time and only half an hour to set.

Let’s get started shall we? 😉

Ingredients (Makes 4 large bars):

-100g Rice crispies

-50g Smooth Almond butter (I use Meridian)

-20g Coconut oil (I use The Good Stuff)

-50ml Hershey Chocolate Syrup

-Dark Chocolate Chips (I use  GoNutrition 80% Chocolate Drops)


1.Simply melt together your coconut oil, almond butter and chocolate syrup then stir well through the rice crispies. Press down to set in a non-stick loaf tin (or line with grease proof paper) and pop in the freezer for half an hour.

2.Remove and cut into 4 then drizzle with more chocolate syrup and chocolate chips.

Really is as simple as that!

Keep in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.. 🙂
