Raw Salted Caramel Cookie Dough
As much as I love cookies, sometimes I don’t have the patience to wait for them to bake and want to whip up a dessert I can quite literally eat straight away.
This is were cookie dough comes in 😉
Now you guys muuuust know just how obsessed I am with VivoLife’s Salted Caramel Perform Vegan protein powder because quite frankly, it’s bloody delicious!
Not only that, I love their perform powders SO much that i’ve written more about them here if you’d like to read about what stands them apart from the rest;
Basically, when it comes to protein powders, especially vegan powders, you quite literally just can’t beat them! Plus they’ve just released an incredible new range of products you simply must check out!
Let’s get mixing shall we?
–60g Vivolife Salted Caramel Perform powder
–40g Chickpea flour
–10g Coconut oil (I use The Good Stuff)
–50g Smooth Cashew butter (I use Meridian)
–20ml Coconut milk- (I use tinned full fat but you can use any)
-10ml Caramel TRKG Syrup
-Pinch of himalyan pink salt
-Chocolate syrup/ sprinkles (optional extras)
1.Combine your wet ingredients in a bowl first then pour in flour and powder
2.Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon- you want a a nice thick mixture (feel free to get your hands in there too!)
3.Press firmly into your moulds of choice (I used heart shaped ones) then either refrigerate for 1 hour to harden slightly or eat straight away if you cant wait like me 😛
Keep these in the fridge if you can resist not eating the entire batch at once 😉
