4 Ingredient Bounty Bars (Vegan)
It’s no secret I am obsessed with anything nut-related.
Nut butters, whole nuts, coconut flavoured foods, the list goes on…
It was a horribly gloomy morning and instead of venturing out into the cold because I fancied some Coconut Ritter Sport Chocolate (my absolute FAVOURITE) I thought i’d try making my own.
Are you ready for the easiest, minimal ingredient, raw vegan bounty bars?
-120g Desiccated Coconut
-120g Coconut Oil (I use The Good Stuff)
-50g Cacao Powder (I use The Good Stuff)
-50g Truvia (or any sweetener of choice)
1.Melt down 70g Coconut oil and mix with the coconut and 30g sweetener. Press down flat firmly into mould of choice.
2.Melt the remaining 50g Coconut oil, mix with the cacao powder and 20g sweetener. Pour onto the coconut then set in the freezer for 1 hour.
3.Remove and divide into how ever many bars you’d like to make (I made 5), store in the fridge (if you can resist eating the entire batch 😉 )
