Triple Chocolate, Raw Cheesecake Slices with Doisy & Dam!

The most delicious, show-stopping, raw, gluten-free and indulgent slices you ever did try. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth like me as they can be stored in the fridge for whenever you fancy a chocolatey treat. Made with only the finest organic cacao from Doisy & Dam.

Method

  1. For the base: Start by melting together your coconut oil and syrup. Add this to a blender containing your tigernuts, cacao powder and pitted dates. Blitz till well combined.
  2. Press the mix into a parchment lined dish then pop in the freezer.
  3. For the cheesecake: drain your cashews and add to a blender, add the coconut milk, lemon juice and salt. Melt your Doisy and Dam with the coconut oil then add that to the blender before blitzing to create a thick smooth mixture.
  4. Layer this onto your base then pop back in the freezer for an hour.
  5. For the drizzle: When set, cut into slices, melt together the Dark chocolate, maca, vanilla & cacao nibs Doisy and Dam with the coconut oil and generously drizzle on top. Pop in the fridge to set for 1 hour then remove and tuck in!!
