Chocolate Protein Pancakes
BRACE YOURSELVES for Chocolate pancake recipe number 2 coming at you for pancake day!
I was overwhelmed with your requests for recipes so i’ve decided to make 3, all with minimal ingredients and all SO easy!
Recipe number 2, is this Chocolate Protein Pancake recipe which you’d never know had whey protein in it as i’ve perfected the ratio to ensure NO rubbery pancakes here!

Ingredients:
-30g Chocolate whey protein
-30g Oats
-1 TBS Cacao/ Cocoa powder (I use The Good Stuff)
-2 Bananas
-1 egg
-30-50ml Milk of choice
-1/2 TSP Baking powder
Method:
1.Blend all your ingredients except the milk, add a splash at a time depending on how absorbent your protein powder is, you want a thick but runny mix.
2.Cook on a very high heat and flip when you see bubbles on the non-cooking side. Remove and top with anything you fancy!
