Quadruple Chocolate Easter Cups!
Happy Easter you lovely lot! I won’t ramble away too much because I know how eager you all are to make this recipe and I don’t blame you 😉
All I will say is that I hope you love it and don’t be scared to get creative with the layers too! If there was ever a more perfect time of year to quadruple-up on chocolate, this is it!
Don’t forget to let me know how you get on 🙂
Have a wonderful Easter!
Lots of love,
Ingredients (Makes 5):
-60g Oat flakes
-10g Coconut oil (I use The Good Stuff)
-40g Maple syrup
-100g White chocolate
-50g Light cream cheese
-100g Milk chocolate
-50g Nutella
-100g Dark chocolate OR Make your own (80g Cacao, 60g Coconut oil, 20g Maple syrup)
-5 Mini Bunnies to decorate
Method:
1.Mix your oats with the maple syrup and melted coconut oil, press down firmly into the base of silicone cupcake moulds and pop in the freezer.
2.Either melt down 100g dark chocolate or make your own by combining the cocoa powder, melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Add on top of the 1st layer then place back into the freezer.
3.Melt down your white chocolate then stir through your cream cheese. Add onto the second layer.
4.Finally, melt down your milk chocolate and stir through the nutella. Place on the 3rd layer then top with a mini bunny before putting into the fridge for 10 minutes or so (they set very quickly!) Remove an devour 🙂
