Christmas Spiced Fudge Brownies

I don’t know about you but the gift of brownies is simply one that keeps on giving- am I right?

There’s something so rewarding about giving gifts but giving something homemade just adds another dimension. It’s giving a piece of love straight from your own kitchen.

Of course, these don’t need to be gifted to anyone- why not gift yourself? 😉

They’re incredibly simple to make, with no added sugar, perfect for watching those gnashers too :p

Ingredients:

150g Dried berries (I used Urban fruit)

50ml Unsweetened Almond milk

100g Cashew butter (I used Meridian)

20g Coconut oil (I used Coconut Merchant)

2 Eggs

5 TBS Cacao powder

1/2 TSP baking soda

1/2 TSP cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger

2 TSP vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Method:

1.Simply blend your wet ingredients using a powerful blender till you have a thick smooth mix.

2.Stir in your dry ingredients then bake on 180 degrees for 15-18 mins.

They will be very dense and fudgy! Enjoy 😚
