Ferrero Rocher Style Brownies

Ferrero Rocher Style BrowniesIMG_6593

Bold claim BUT these may be my most favourite flour free brownies everr! Sorry, they’re not vegan (and also too good to share) but you can easily switch out the egg to make them so. If you love the nutty, chocolateyyyy decadent taste of Ferrero rocher then you will adore these. They take about 7 minutes to prepare, the hardest part is waiting for them to cook in the oven! I honestly can’t believe they are butter, oil and flour free. You simply must give these a go, the texture of the brownies and chopped nuts is to die for!!

Ingredients:

50g Cocoa powder (I used Creative Nature)

40g Oat flour

200g Coconut sugar or sweetener

250g Hazelnut butter

200g Chopped hazelnuts

2 Eggs

100g Dark chocolate (melted)

50ml Almond milk

180g Non-dairy yogurt (I used Alpro)

1 teaspoon baking powder

Method:
1.Throw all your ingredients into a blender (except 150g of the hazelnut butter and chopped hazelnut).

2.Blend until combined and smooth. Pop in an oven proof dish lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees.

3.Allow to cool, top with the rest of the hazelnut butter and chopped hazelnuts. Slice and devour!!
