Triple Chocolate Cookie Skillet (Vegan)

The search for the easiest, most delicious, egg-free cookie skillet recipe is officially over. I’ve done it. This skillet not only uses minimal household ingredients, only takes about 4 minutes to prepare, is totally sugar-free (thank you Natvia!) and Vegan too! Perfect for anyone and everyone, the only problem is not sharing it 😉

It also features a favourite ingredient of mine which i use widely in both savoury and sweet recipes! You simply must give this a go, don’t forget you can be as creative as you desire with the toppings…

Ingredients:

-100g Butter beans

-100g Smooth peanut butter

-50g Coconut flour

-10g Coconut oil

-50g Natvia natural sweetener

-Splash of non-dairy milk

-1/2 TSP baking powder

-Pinch of salt

-80g Dark, white and ‘milk’ chocolate chips

Method:

1.Melt together your peanut butter and coconut oil, blitz your beans in a blender then add all your remaining ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips then place in the oven for 20 mins on 150 degrees.
