Easy & Delicious Oreo Donuts!
It doesn’t matter what time of year it is, oreos and donuts always have a place at the dessert table. This is probably one of the easiest donut recipes you’ll ever follow as well as it being sugar free (thank you Natvia) so it’s healthier on those nashers of yours 😉
Recipe:
200g flour
100g cacao powder
50g Apple puree
50g coconut oil
2 eggs
150g Natvia
1 TSP Baking powder and Soda
Pinch of salt
120ml Almond milk
2 TSP vanilla extract
For the topping;
8 Oreo cookies, crushed
Sukrin ‘icing sugar’
Method:
1.Preheat your oven to 180 degrees then whiz up all the ingredients (except the toppings) in a blender
2.Place in silicone donut moulds in the oven for 13-15 minutes. Allow to cool and add the toppings 🍩
